Luis Suarez World Cup tactical

Luis Suarez took a bite out of Giorgio Chellini’s shoulder during their World Cup group D qualifying match on the 24th June 2014.
The next day we ran this tongue in cheek tactical ad.

Of course we could have simply sent out a tweet, but the effort of getting it into the press the next day gives it true ‘tactical’ status rather than a mere social post, which is what this type of opportunity often becomes.
Interestingly sales of the Airfloss rose 300% in the week following this initiative.
